We have started discussing it in the Braves thread, so we might as well make a thread about it.

College Pitchers

Brady Singer||RHP||Florida

6'5, 200. Electric fastball, two plus pitches.

Konnor Pilkington||LHP||MIssissippi State

6'3, 225. Reaches 95 from the left side. Has more projection

Jackson Kowar||RHP||Florida

6'5, 180. Needs polish and better command, but very projectable.

Chandler Day||RHP||Vanderbilt

6'4, 180. Sits at 91-92 but has the body for much more.

Justin Hooper||LHP||UCLA

6'7, 230. Hits close to triple digits. Secondary stuff is lacking.

College Hitters

Seth Beer||1B/LF/DH||Clemson

6'3, 200. Elite hit tool, but does he have a position?

Luken Baker||1B/RHP||TCU

6;4, 265. Takes a hit for being a 1B, but has good approach at the plate. Did not pitch as sophomore.

Nick Madrigal||2B||Oregon State

5'7, 160. Very small but might be most polished college hitter.

Travis Swaggerty||OF||South Alabama

5'11, 185. Fast riser. Great speed/strength combo. Can stick in center.

Tristan Pompey||OF||Kentucky

6'4, 200. Big athletic, corner outfielder. Brother of Blue Jay Dalton Pompey.

Prep Pitchers

Ethan Hankins||RHP||Forsyth Central HS, Georgia

6'6, 210. Has two potential plus pitches. Up to 96 with the FB.

Kumar Rocker||RHP||North Oconee HS, Georgia

6'5, 260. Already maxed out physically. Sits at 92-93 with the FB. I doubt he is a top 10 prospect come APril.

Luke Bartnicki||LHP||Walton HS, Georgia

6'3, 210. Scouting report says that there is more in his body. Already sits in mid 90s.

Owen Meaney||RHP||St Thomas HS, Texas

6'5, 220. Velocity continues to increase as he gets bigger. Developing curve and changeup.

Slade Cecconi||RHP||Trinity Prep HS, Florida

6'4, 195.Made big jump this summer when he lit up radar guns. Potential four pitch arsenal.

Prep Hitters

Brice Turang||SS||Santiago HS, California

6'0, 180. Very good defender that will stick at short. Has all the tools you look for at the top of the draft.

Joe Gray Jr||OF||Hattiesburg, HS Misissippi

6'3, 195. True 5 tool player that will stick in center.

Jarred Kelenic||OF||Waukesha HS, Wisconsin

6'0, 190, another player that will probably stick in center. Not sure he has the upside of other top preps.

Will Banfield||C||Brookwood HS, Georgia

6'1, 200. Elite defender behind the plate. Has plenty of potential with the bat.

Kendall Simmons||SS||Tattnal Square Academy, Georgia

6'3, 190. Great athlete that has great tools at the SS position. Will fill out, but should stick at short.

Me hoping Beer falls due to "lack of position"

If he fell to Atlanta (5-7) and we passed up on him, I would break so many things. If the front office can in good conscious put Matt Adams and Matt Kemp in left, there's no reason Beer couldnt play there.

Where do Steven Gingery and Davis Martin from Tech rank on your college list?

I personally havent done much research yet. I usually wait until all the reports come out from the summer, and I havent seen may yet.

There's 50 of them to love this year. The talent in the state of Georgia is stupid good this year. Probably could end up with 8 guys in the first round.

Dont forget Beer is from Atlanta as well.
