Further, it's pretty well known that in Guenther's system the safeties are interchangeable. So Jospeh is being beaten out by more versatile players with better size. Fact is.... there is only 1 Bob Sanders. Joseph is just a liability in coverage at his size. It was a reach draft pick, Keanu Neal was the best safety in the class and the Raiders got cute 2 No idea, but they didn't do a lot of things that they should have. Luani - traded Ware - cut Hood - cut Hester - back up 10 out of 26 picks still on the roster after 3 years. That's "not good". 3 or 4 starters. How can you say that before a game is played?
