NorthCountryEvo Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 I went with Carlson, but my gut tells me that we'll score on the first drive, be it a FG or a touchdown.. and if it's a touchdown, I'd think it'd be Latavius. I think Murray actually gets a bulk of the snaps on the first drive, and i could see Murray getting the ball close to the goal line for a TD. Although, maybe not to surprising given Zimmer’s recent comments regarding Isidora and his performance at C against the Titans. Opening game....at home....fancy new QB.....I'd like to see us make a statement early. 0-2 with this schedule would be a worrisome start to the season. I'd prefer Jones at Center for the experience but if Jones is going to be the LG this season, it might be better to not have to change multiple spots when Elflein returns.
