Here is some guys that got cut so far.

Jets released ILB Kevin Minter.

The 45th overall pick in the 2013 draft, Minter started 37 games in four years with the Cardinals before making seven starts for the Bengals last season. Minter is purely a run defender in a league that is more pass-happy than ever.

Jets waived/released WR Charles Johnson, OT Antonio Garcia, DL Kendall Reyes, C Gino Gradkowski, DL Xavier Cooper, OLB David Bass, DL Mychealon Thomas, FB Dimitri Flowers, OLB Obum Gwacham, and OG Darius James.

Although this group doesn't contain surprises, it does include some notable names. Johnson formed a preseason bond with Teddy Bridgewater before Teddy was traded to the Saints. Garcia is a former Patriots day-two draft pick. Bass recorded 3.5 sacks for an anemic Jets pass rush last year.

I was hoping Garcia could fill in as a swing tackle but I guess he was not good enough. I'm a little surprised on David Bass being cut considering he was one of our top edge rush guys last year.

Corey Coleman has been released. Worth taking a shot on imo. He has just as much upside as any 4-6 WR we have.

Agree, liked him coming out hasn’t panned out the way you wanted but there’s definitely still some upside there and for a young team like us he’s worth a shot

No thanks

He looked very immature on Hard Knocks, blaming everyone else for his problems and not taking responsibility

Simon gone too.....Sooooo 2015 ended up being a pretty bad draft class 1 way or another..

Not great, no. Maccagnan's only break there is that he didn't have his scouts in place, but he's gotta shape up. It's nice to have elite talent fall in your lap, but he needs to do better outside of round 1. Can't be lucky all the time.

All being said I do think he's beginning to turn the corner. 2017 he truly showed BPA no matter what- that usually works out in your favor.
