This x100. He had a well below average arm with those Broncos, yet pulled off an all time great 3 year stretch that included an MVP and 2 1st team all-pros

Peyton was running on fumes at the end.  Without that stellar defense, he doesn't get that last SB.

Trent Dilfer actually fits this mold quite well. If you listen to him talk about the nuances of the QB position, he's actually pretty smart. He just couldn't actually physically make the plays when it came down to it.

I'm sorry he isn't on BSPN anymore.

i dunno if your trolling...   But could PED's even help you with throwing a football further?  I just remember Tebow being pretty beast and had a **** arm and myself im 6'6" 260 and I can't throw but mayybeee 40 yards or so although I have never done any type of training to improve my throw power.  And I know dudes a lot smaller than me that can absolutely sling it.  I just feel strength doesn't equate to throwing further?

Tebows arm strength was not the issue.

Young had a good arm.

Not really. He threw this ball with almost everything he had and it barely went 50 yards in a rainbow. In fact the ball was underthrown and should have been intercepted.

Young had a strong arm early in his career. He also had bad decision making. But, as the years rolled along his brain got stronger as his arm got weaker.
