In 1985 yes, but overall for White's career I would be willing to bet that the difference is fairly negligible and certainly not enough to build an argument off of. If someone wants, they can figure out for sure and list the data for every season between the years I looked up. I think the person making the claim that sacks were harder to get now than they were in the late 80s and 90s should have the burden of proo on them.
