doumeyer
Can the offensive line protect Darnold, the kid is going to be playing behind one of the worst O line in the NFL. If Breno Glacomini, isn't 100% healthy the left tackle position could be a disaster. We finally have a decent receiver core, & a strong running game. Even without a pass rusher, the defensive should be better than last year. I think our second worry is the special teams, they sure didn't look good at all in the preseason games. Bobby816
Our OL when healthy isn’t as bad as some make it soand. Trust me I’d love to improve it as well. But when healthy Beachum is good and he should be ready this week. Long is an upgrade at C frommwhat we had last year. Winters when healthy is average to above average and should be ready this week. Shell is becoming a very nice RT that’s stepping up his game to be an asset rather than just average. Carpenter at LG is the question mark. Can he adjust to the ZBS? Time will tell. Dozier or Harrison are ready to step in if he can’t. Overall I’d say our group is average. But an injury at OT and we will be hurting bc we have very poor backups there. My bigger worry is Edge. We just invested in 2 big signing in Williamson and Johnson on defense as well as very high picks in Leo, Adams and Lee on defense. Add guys like Maye, Shepard and Jenkins and we should have a good defense. We are really only missing that push rush specialist. We should be doing what we can to get Fowler. I’ve read we have an offer on the table for him but Jacksonville wants more. I’ve read we’ve offered our 3rd for him. I’d add our 2020 3rd in as well if that’s what it will take to get him. He’s exactly what this defense is missing. And could take us to that top 5-10 defense level we clearly want to build.
rickyt31
Just the Oline & LB's. If Lee doesn't step up and Avery turn out to be terrible in pass coverage, we're in trouble.

NYJets4716
Our OL is terrible and we are terrible at OLB. Our 2 weakest spots.
KBS756
Our OL is definitely below average Bills OL looked worse than ours tho our pass rush is what worries me the most our secondary would be excellent if we could force a qb to throw early or at least as expected ... extra time ... will always blow coverage

jetfuel34
I don't think the OL will be that bad. They did not play together at all in the preseason. One guy or another was always out. I think they will jell and we will have an average line. My biggest concern that people over look is the head coach. I think he is in the bottom of the coaches this year in the NFL. I think if we don't make a big leap this year I would fire him and start fresh with young guys and a new young coach.
SDotNova
The pash rush is my biggest concern. With our current team, I don’t see us getting consistent pressure on the QB. Im not too worried about our starting OL with pass protection. McCown did fine with the OL last year. This year, we are better at center and Darnold is more mobile than McCown . I am worried about our running game. We didn’t get much push up front during preseason.
