Does he look like a pass rusher or coverage guy? Shultz is a bit on the light side 6'5" 284, his strength is 84, He seems to be a the more quick nimble type. But he's big enough IMO Parham is a taller posession guy. 6'2" 200 lbs, but a poor 81 speed, his best ratings are Acceleration at 89 and Spectacular Catch at 86. Didn't even think to look that over tbh, but he's more or less committed here, he was the highest ranked recruit that had interest in Troy before the season started, so I scouted him and his overall went up to 77. He's an easy grab, I'll definitely be able to get more WRs if necessary, they're a dime a dozen in recruiting. Sharp is a good prospect. (I forgot to finish scouting him until just now he's actually 73). 6'2" 190 lbs with 92 speed/accel. Man coverage 84 Zone coverage 82. Needs to work on play recognition at 79 though. Maybe a move to safety is in his future? Mendoza is 100% a pocket passer. And I welcome that change because in my previous dynasty I always just had those dual threat converted from athlete QB's so this will be a good change of pace for my style. Slow boy at 60 speed, Throw Power at 92 already and throw accuracy at 85. 6'4" 220. Prototypical NFL QB type. Gary Stewart is either a Runningback or DBack. 5'11" 206 with good coverage ratings and ok speed at 88. We'll have to see, I'm not in a rush to get a runningback with Jamarius Henderson being my clear starter for the following 2 seasons. If I can get one at the end of the season that's lonely, I'll go for it, if not I'm not too worried. I'll look for a blue chipper next recruiting cycle. Cedric Rushing is one of those Athletes as I mentioned before that can play QB with 92 Throw Power and 78 accuracy and good speed. Though his pass coverage ratings might just be too good for me to pass up, maybe I'll put Gary Stewart at RB afterall. Rushing's ratings for a prospect are unreal. 90 Pursuit, 83 play recognition, 87 man coverage, 84 zone coverage. Press could use some work at 75. He's probably a safety, maybe a corner. He'll be starting somewhere in my secondary as a true freshman though. Jones is a small LB at 5'11" 215, but given how thin I am at the position, I can't be picky if I want some decent talent. Linebackers are usually some of the quickest to go in recruiting, so since Troy is still a small school I can't be picky.

Usually its around 4-5 lbs a year though I think. 41 minutes ago, Danger said: Parham is a taller posession guy. 6'2" 200 lbs, but a poor 81 speed, his best ratings are Acceleration at 89 and Spectacular Catch at 86. There are a lot of guys with speed, and then a lot of slow guys with good hands. It is hard to find a guy with speed that can catch. I'm also really big on Release rating, because playing on Heisman the CPU's Press rating is really strong, so getting off the line quick is key. 43 minutes ago, Danger said: Sharp is a good prospect. Maybe a move to safety is in his future? Keep him at CB, moving him will kill his AWR. Also, with a low end program, any CB with 90+ speed is worth gold. At 6'2" he'll knock down passes too. Sounds like he's a really good CB prospect. 44 minutes ago, Danger said: Mendoza is 100% a pocket passer. Ya, I'm usually not to picky on weight but I really like long LBers so they knock down passes in coverage. But early on in a rebuild you have to grab what you can get. The kid let it get into his head, he just couldn't figure it out, 2 of them were in the red zone, another right before the half which that one I will put on me, there was about 40 seconds left and it was a close game, I figured we'd have a chance with 3 time outs to nod it up before the half, but I guess I shouldn't have trusted Silvers this time around. Chunn's stat line isn't his fault at all. The defense wasn't worried about stopping the passing game, and the offensive line could only run block long enough for only straight up the gut runs to work. Chunn isn't the fastest guy in the world, but when there's usually 8 in the box, and your offensive line is well.... lacking, it's tough. You can see based on the percentage of yards that are after contact just how rough it was. I benched Silvers in the 2nd half after his 4th picked got returned all the way to the house and pretty much just handed it off to Chunn for the rest of the game since my backup QB is only 67. Jeez I need Mendoza.
