He literally offers nothing to the team. Who cares if he is a deep threat? He can't catch the ball anyways. He's terrible as a returner, and has one of the lowest football IQ's I've ever seen. Furthermore, the Chargers would save 4.5 mil of cap space by cutting him. What does this do? It creates room to sign a player like Hankins.
