Yea that's it, Packers fans don't want to see Packers players play well because it would make them look bad on an Internet forum....lol, c'mon. I've gotten down on HaHa but personally, I hope he becomes an All-Pro safety because it'll make the team better and I want to win the Super Bowl. HaHa had a good first game, like the rest of the secondary overall. They were certainly the strongest unit of our defense Week 1. Hopefully a few INTs start coming our way as well.

Don't act like it isn't true.  They want him to fail because they've written him off.  It's that back part of their mind where they aren't thinking big picture.  They want us to win while players they don't like fail because they expect to be able to get a bigger, faster, better, stronger, meaner, super duperer replacement.

Nobody wants us to re-sign HaHa. They think safeties grow on trees.  They've already given up on Josh Jones.  He can't possibly get better with time.  Move on.

The same crap happened with Davante and Taylor and dozens of other examples.

Look at the satisfaction some people have with Fackrell sucking. Look at the satisfaction people have with Matthews having a bad game.

We just had the most amazing comeback in Aaron's career and people are posting Fackrell videos because he almost lost the game.  People are minimizing HaHa's game-saving tackle acting like every player should be able to make a crucial stop when the game isn't on the line even though better players could have missed on that tackle.

The reason you don't see videos of Allison's TD on here is because nobody wants Allison to succeed.  The reason you don't see ten thousand Twitter video comments on Cobb's TD is because it's subliminally upsetting to people that Randall Cobb has extreme value and talent and awareness and chemistry with Rodgers while players they want to succeed (to prove a point) - MVS, ESB, Moore - are on the sideline.

Rodgers started unloading before pressure could develop.  That is why it is hard to generate pass rush against elite QB's.

I just don't know why Rodgers didn't start the game that way.  His knee would have thanked him for it.

Yeah definitely true. It's always hard to tell if it's just Rodgers holding it or MM calling long developing plays...Probably somewhere in between.

For the record, I get absolutely zero "satisfaction" with Fackrell sucking, he just sucks. I actually hate that he sucks.

I wonder how many sacks were missed just because the blitzer didn't bbreak down, for sure in the 3rd when both slot corners came on that was the case.

On that play he only rushed 4 players and 2 of them ran untouched to the QB. Dom would never...

Actually it's because humans tend to focus on the negative and take the positive for granted. Nothing against Allison, good job HaHa (please pay him) but Fackrell and Clay sucked, and I personally want to whine about that because it's unpleasant. Guys did their job, they'll get their bonuses. Cookies for everybody.

It's not just focusing on the negative though.  If they wanted to focus on the negative, why no comments on some poor play from Rodgers?  You mention that Rodgers took too damn long in the early part of the game before he got injured and everybody loses their mind.  You mention Jimmy Graham being invisible and people will say it's gonna take time for him and Rodgers to connect.

Cobb, Allison, Clinton-Dix, Fackrell, Matthews.  Five players nobody here liked and a lot of people vocally disliked before the season starts.  The first three had good games and great plays and nothing is talked about with them.  It's all Rodgers, even though Rodgers lucked out with Cobb taking it 75 yards.  It was a 10 yard completion that went an additional 65 yards thanks to Cobb.  Rodgers gets all the credit here.  Allison had a great game and very little thanks (except from the people defending him this offseason).  Clinton-Dix's HUGE play gets a "meh."  If Earl Thomas did that they'd be buying tickets to his HoF induction.  Then you've got Fackrell playing 4 snaps in the game and everyone focuses on his bad play.  Matthews has been hated here for years.  He has a bad game and that's all anyone can talk about.

It's not human nature focusing on the negative, it's people seeking affirmation for hating on certain players all offseason.

They want them all to fail while we win in spite of them so they can write them off and get instant upgrades because that's easy.

Nice tackle by HaHa, but far from spectacular. Chicago did us a favor, something not quite right about the design of that play

True it was a nice tackle and not specatular, but those are plays that can also go unnoticed and be costly if not delivered.

Fuller's drop INT would have been a nice INT, far from spectacular.....BUT would have been a very meaningful play in swinging the outcome of the game.

Not everyone who is critical of Haha or Clay want them to fail. A true fan would want everyone on their team to be great. That doesn't mean they cant be critical of them. I personally would love to see Haha become the safety I envisioned when he was drafted. But I am also not blind to his missed assignments and tackles. He made a great play in the Bear game and that was fantastic. I still don't think he is worth top 5 safety money unless he has a much improved season from last.

Earl Thomas has been making tackles like that for years. Most people want Earl Thomas because he is a better safety. Not because they hate Haha.

I'm sure there are a lot of fans who fit your description. But to say everyone who is critical of Haha wants him to fail out of spite is misleading and wrong.

Because Rodgers won, plain and simple. Perry sucked as bad as Clay early on, but got the dagger sack, so he gets a pass for this week. Rodgers threaded some tight holes to win and started actually getting the ball into WR hands. Had Fuller not dropped that pick we'd be ripping Rodgers to shreds. The defense stepped up to win, and the OL stepped up in protection. Nobody talking about the OL playing better in the second half "because they got help" when in truth, some guys stepped up WITHOUT the help. Nobody cares because they did their job: what they're supposed to do, what they get paid to do. Expectations were met. Clay and Fackrell met a negative expectation; Cobb and Allison did not fill negative expectations and didn't really have positive ones; HaHa didn't live up to the higher expectations, but didn't fulfill the negative ones. The main knock I see on HaHa is that people expect more from him.

Even in your post you're emphasizing the negative based on personal butthurt. Stop thinking so hard, because nobody else is.

It was the nicest play that HHCD has made in two years.  He's become really soft and passive, but on this play he attacked it and made a huge stop .. wish he played like that all the time.
