Especially with the game on the line and that crazy play by Kearse that proceeded the whole situation and Lynch bringing them to the 1 yard line on 1st down. May not qualify as a pure goal line stand as it was only 2nd down but either way, amazing play by Butler and absolutely bone-headed by Seattle and Wilson. Kiwibrown Posted September 15, 2018 Share Posted September 15, 2018 In a rare win over the squeelers on prime time Browns Chris Gocong line backer blew up the Steelers rushing attack on 4 consecutive plays to get a turnover on downs on the goal line. It was both the best consecutive plays I have seen from a defender and the worst consecutive play calling I have ever seen in unison. AJ Hawk called for pass interference so untimed down for Saints. Packers stuff the run as guys are flying over the pile. Memorable one for a Pack fan. SkippyX Posted September 15, 2018 Share Posted September 15, 2018 The Steelers - Patriots AFCCG in 2016 had a play where they ruled a TD but on replay it was 1st down just outside the end zone and New England stuffed them on 3 plays. Tomlin probably thinks cheating was involved but having a far superior coach is not really cheating. Walking on the field to redirect a returner... THAT is cheating.
