ability to delete a post?

That's because there isn't one.  At present, only Webby and mods can delete posts

I think we should have this feature added. Sometimes I make a second post and realize I can just put it into the first one, and as a result don't need two posts back to back.

Agreed.  I would like it if it was the way it was on the previous forum.  You can delete a post as long as nobody has made a post after yours.  If that is even possible.

Yeah, I liked that too.

I also liked it better on the old forum when you edited a post, it would only tell people you edited your post if someone made a post prior to you editing it.   I guess its not a big deal, but I tend to notice small typos I make in my posts after I post them, and go back to fix them and every time I do on here, it shows I edited it.   Guess Ill just have to start proofreading my posts better before I post them.

I was under the impression that only forum mods knew whether or not a post was edited.  Am I wrong?

Yep. Everyone can see if a post has been edited.

Everyone can see it on here no matter when you do it.

On the old site, it was only if you edited the post after someone else posted.
