Just because you don't understand what they are saying on their CB radios doesn't mean they aren't good communicators. The real issue is when they jump over to pass another truck as they are about to climb a hill and they battle back and forth for about 5 minutes until they either give up or make it around the other truck and there is a line of 50 cars waiting behind them going 50 MPH in a 65.
