Top Projected Needs:

C: No high level option on the team.

S: Weddle may retire this year, plus both he and Jefferson have proved to be underwhelming options at the position.

EDGE: A young premium do it all player on the edge is still missing from the team. We need to locate Sugg's heir and quickly.

Off-Ball Linebacker: Little impact and increasing woes have plagued the position of late.

WR: The quest isn't over until it is, we added the band aids and some new blood but young talent will be needed in the coming years.

HB: We'll see if Alex Collins turns flashes into standard, but there's room on the team for another high end player.

QB: We're in the QB game again. Joe's future with the team is likely capped, and Lamar Jackson like all QB prospects has a very high chance of being a bust. We'll need more system friendly lottery tickets as insurance.

*Drop any notes about potential HC candidates from the college ranks as well.

So who will look good in Black&Purple? Feel free to talk about all things prospects here too, even if they'll be available in 2020, 21, etc.

I think the biggest need they're likely to have is for a true Free Safety. Unless one of the young guys already on the roster grows into that role, the Ravens are going to have to find one. Weddle is far from ideal for it, and will be 34 going into 2019.

O-line is always a question, because we have several untested players, who may work out great, or may flop. But another player who is getting older is Marshal Yanda. Plus, the injuries are starting to mount up.
