We aren’t saying that Michael Thomas is a GOAT...we’re saying that he’s an elite WR and has been the best WR thus far. Is that so hard to believe with a distractible Antonio Brown who has been shown up by JSS, OBJ or Julio who have a combine 1 TD, or Hopkins who has looked pretty darn similar as Fuller? As ive said over and over, its the exact reason why no one considered welker as a legit top 5, top 10 guy and same for landry. You are comparing guys that played mostly from the slot, compared to a guy with ideal number 1 WR measurables that can play both on the outside and in the slot effectively in Michael Thomas. If you are going to make a comparison to other players playing different roles than yes it absolutely does matter. Anyway most importantly Michael Thomas have been a beast this year, and playing better than any other WR in the NFL through the first 3 weeks.
