WizardHawk
Shocker, I know. He's injured again. It's time to move on and say good bye. btw....Dallas saves $7m when Lee is cut in off season. Should have kept Hitchens.
Texas_OutLaw7
Nah, Hitchens has no idea what a Wheel Route is. Lee can at least train up the defense. Makes LVE more valuable as a draft pick.
CAPJ
If he doesnt take a pay cut and reduced role, move on.
D82
Retire and be Richard's LB coach *shrug* I hate to see a guy like Lee derailed by injuries. He'd be an All-Pro linebacker if he could just stay healthy. Ah well...time for LVE to become my new favorite player.
Texasmade
LVE was the one bright spot (relatively anyway) yesterday, so while I hate it for Sean, I am looking forward to seeing how the rookie does with an increased workload.
resilient part 2
While I still had hoped for weapons weapons weapons, draft an l v e I guess was a no-brainer unfortunately because of Lee. Oh well we drafted him let's see what he got and I hope we got it right
resilient part 2
The one thing that Sean Lee has done better than almost anyone I've ever seen is diagnoser play and be at the right spot at the right time. I don't know how that can be taught. I think he just had great instincts. Hopefully some can rub off onto lve
buddy_z34
The defense actually played better when Lee left
Northland
Some questioned drafting LVE. Now we know why. None of us are surprised Lee is hurt again. I love Lee but he is made of glass. This is a business. Cut Lee loose after this season. You have a hard time justifying extending a healthy 32 year old LB let alone one who is injured frequently. A contending club (Patriots) sign him and he gets a chance at a ring.

Me too. I'm interested to see how they perform without Lee. Will it be the usual implosion?

textaz03
Medically retire and become a LB’ers coach. Sounds like a good plan to me
Tony7188
Feel bad for Lee, but his time is up. Feels good to have LVE, who I think will be Sean Lee 2.0.
Calvert28
I don't want to cut Lee. But he is one of the few players I would not mind taking on as a coach. Screw all the other former players we have. I would rather have Lee.
