onejayhawk
It's week 4 already. For our second division game, we draw the Broncos at Milehigh. At least it's early for snow. Cheerleaders anyone?
onejayhawk
Interesting article at ESPN. The Broncos are struggling with TEs this season. http://www.espn.com/blog/denver-broncos/post/_/id/31931/broncos-have-struggled-defending-tight-ends-and-travis-kelce-is-next J
mayanfootball
I'm interested to see how PM handles the thin air in Denver. In fact the whole offense will need oxygen to keep up their frenzied pace.
Chiefs_5627
If this is accurate, I'm sorry, but c'mon man. I respect the guy 110% for the player he is and for what he's gone through but bone spurs?? He is being paid VERY well to not play and the D is all the worse for it. I dunno, just seems pretty tedious when I was thinking he had some partial tear/bad sprain of the other Achilles or something. NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports Eric Berry (doubtful, heel) has a Haglund’s deformity in his Achilles. It's a bone spur that digs into the Achilles. This adds some clarity to why Berry has missed so much time. Berry isn't going to play this week, but this looks like a pain-management issue. Eric Murray will continue to start opposite Ron Parker until Berry returns. Sep 29 - 3:14 PM
mayanfootball
While our offense is outstanding, our defense is not. Records are being broken by the defense too. I found the following on ESPN's fantasy section. Quote This defense joins the 2000 Rams with the dubious distinction as the only other team in the Super Bowl era to have started 3-0 and have allowed at least 92 points to opponents. onejayhawk
The 2000 Rams were a very good team. They were just off a Super Bowl and had the MVP, Marshall Faulk. The defense was mediocre but not bad. Their 10-6 record would ahve seemed pretty good back in August. J
kingseanjohn
Tremon Smith is inactive. I find this one odd since he's pretty good on ST and we'll likely need more DB.

Habbsawce
Defense might actually need to have a game tonight.

valkrei
We need to make a trade for 1-2 playmakers on D
Habbsawce
I know it's said literally every week, but this defense is unacceptable. They have game breakers in the front 7, yet can't get to the QB or stop the run. It's hurting my body to watch.
kempus
The Ds tackling is an absolute disgrace.
Chiefs_5627
Gotta credit Denver for making Patrick as uncomfortable as I've seen him so far. As for the D: yuck

With Berry's chemo maybe weakening his tendons already I'd wait.
