This poses another great question. Who is the other team? Gotta think it would be Boston which I wouldn't be a fan of. Could see cases for Philly as well. Any others? I'm for an expansion if it means Seattle gets their team. Can see why people would say contraction solely based on the talent argument but I feel like some of this has to do with organizations making bad decisions, bad coaching etc. Also NHL added one team.. Would the NBA need to add two to even out the conferences? I don't follow hockey at all to understand how that expansion process worked as well as it did but very curious as to how this could work in the NBA.
