One thing that I can say positively about Shanny so far, is they don't seem to fall into the sunk cost error/fallacy. They've cut "their guys" before or guys who haven't been able to step up. who once had prominent roles/reputations/draft pedigree. I wonder how much this will apply to staff members. Saleh is just not good at this juncture. He's young enough to where he might figure it out, but he has talent and he's not utilizing or assessing this roster correctly. It is always going to be trouble without a good pass rush though. And we simply have one of the worst pass rush in the game which makes it extremely difficult for the back end.
