For a guy as Californian as he is, Rodgers is a pretty terrible actor in those commercials. That doofus Eli Manning actually does a better job at it in those Visa ads.

His role in these insurance commercials this year is very pedestrian.  He just stands there and says boring lines.  The goof who is playing his sports agent is dreadful IMO.  Somebody must have thought these were funny but they definitely are not.  The older ones AR did when he was the butt of the jokes were much better.

That's scary stuff.

If Lewis who was on the field for 18% of plays saw that, I wonder what Linsley saw.

Changing a 4 minute clock kill drive to a deep bomb is ballsy call for a QB to make.

Anybody want to go through and check what game that would be?

Probably only 6 games to go through....6-9-1

So, if Rodgers is changing plays and disobeying orders, why didn't McCarthy hold him to account?  I really don't get how these two got to that point .. makes no sense.  How should the next head coach handle Rodgers .. give him more responsibility, or take it away?  If Rodgers starts to disobey the new guy I think you start figuring out how to part ways with Aaron.

That bills game has been pinpointed a few times .. Rodgers was very angry in the post game press conference .. thought they should have far more points .. wasn't a happy camper at all.  He took some shots at McCarthy that day.  Seems that game was a turning point of sorts.

If you recall, the post-Buffalo presser with AR was the one where he went off about the offense

Could it be this?

3rd & 3 at GB 34

(4:09 - 4th) (Shotgun) A.Rodgers pass deep right to M.Valdes-Scantling to BUF 28 for 38 yards (R.Lewis).

Yup.

Looking through the pro football reference link, there was a pass to Kendricks on 2 and 8 in the 4th against MIA.  went for 18 yards.  I think those are the only 2 options.

I mean, I'm looking to jump on Rodgers for any of this crap but that Lewis article doesn't sound like much of anything to me :)

Keep in mind that Lewis was in Jacksonville for forever where his QBs couldn't even audible probably

I feel it is not so much the audible, but potentially the reaction and tone that Rodgers might have displayed in the huddle

Lewis doesnt know what the play is coming in - or that it was changed. For it to have gone public thru Lewis means it was a topic of locker room conversation.

Rodgers went public with it right after the game.

Just saying, I don't see any new insight there that we all didn't know already?

THought everyone knew Rodgers did this stuff.
