Bill O Brien and Hue Jackson are prime examples of coaches holding back talented squads.
RandyMossIsBoss
Philadelphia? 2 plays and ~10 yards from being 0-5*... 1 of those plays could have been from a team in this poll, and the other could have been against a 1 win Falcons team. In all seriousness they're obviously not in the convo because of their reputation coming into the season, and deservedly so, but if we didn't know this team had 90% of a SB winning roster, they'd be in the discussion and probably a frontrunner if they go on to lose to the Giants next week. Their offense hasn't gone over 21 points in regulation yet! *can also say 1 16 yard 4th down conversion from being 3-2, to be fair

Some natural SB regression but I think they will bounce back with 9 or 10 wins.

BayRaider
One team I forgot to consider is Denver, honestly. Sure they started 2-0 but beating Denver IN Denver IN September is almost impossible. They are a really really bad football team. Maybe not Cardinal, Raider, 49er bad, but bad. Gannon12
It’s a tie with the 49ers and Raiders. The Raiders are terrible in all 3 phases of the game and they are the worst team right now IMO. Devoid of talent, QB never been the same since his injuries. If the 49ers beat us Raider fans better start preordering their bosa Jersey’s

You guys certainly shouldn't be flying high and are no doubt disappointed on the season, I get that, but all things considered you absolutely should have won today's game (longest GW kick ever)... at the very least, the fact is you pushed what looks to be a pretty good Panthers team to the limit on the road. I was watching redzone, but would you not say the Giants played one of their better games of 2018? Meanwhile, it's a short week, now no flight means the TNF homefield advantage isn't quite as big a deal, but the short week means neither team can really do much actual practice or change things. I can speak for the Eagles and say they looked like a sloppy team that desperately needed more practice. Another thing, the Eagles are a different animal away from the Linc on defense. This year we made Fitz and Mariota look like Gods so far. Last year you guys hung 500 yards on us at Meadowlands (and even poured on the yardage at the Linc as well). The short passes that Giants offense was sticking to prior to today would actually work on us and our charmin soft zone. On a normal week, I would be cautiously optimistic that our overall superior talent and sense of desperation would lead to a win, but I really question the logistics of how the Eagles win in 4 days unless they play completely different, but how/why would that happen? Hopefully I'm wrong, we will see.

Uhh complete opposite, 100% complete opposite lol. Yes Gruden sucks with GM decisions but we have a great coaching staff right now, best staff we’ve had in ages. We literally have no talent. Completey devoid of talent. Nobody, nada. Our interior offensive line and Gareon Conley have looked good... the other 49 players including Carr have looked awful. Mack was a one man wrecking crew and Carr has NOT been the same guy since his injury and I’m not he ever will be. He plays incredibly scared now. It looked like Jordy has been a solid player for you guys so far, particularly for those who thought he was largely done. Still think you guys should field offers for Carr this off season. I Think it makes a whole ton of sense.
