SNF: Chiefs at Patriots

Is there a fanbase who has it easier than the Patriots?

They don't know what adversity is like. They think 12-13 wins every year is their birthright, that the offense should 30 all the time, that a Wild Card game is a myth, that first round byes/1 seeds are their birthright.

God forbid we have a Patriot-free AFC-CG.

To be a Patriots fan is to get everything you want, seemingly all the time.

Like, year after year after year.... at what point is it going  to stop?

Wow CKS97, your meds wore off completely! Need a tissue for all those tears? Everyone but their fans hate the fact that the Pats are always in it but for crying out loud, act like a man and quit the driveling.

After this game Mahomes is easily the best young QB. Goff and Wentz both look good too but they don't have that wow factor Mahomes does.

Wentz would have won MVP if he didn't get injured last season. Mahomes is looking good, but it hasn't even been 2 months. Lets see if he can play like an MVP majority/all season

Mahomes winning would have been an awesome story, something new and fresh and different.

Brady wins AGAIN? Yawn. That's stale and predictable.

Brady wins again- what's the fun in that?

Patriots fatigue is real.

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone on this site whine as much as you did in this thread. It’s a sport not a soap opera

No, it's a straight F. Failure for AFC interest.

Like, at what point are we going to have an actual AFC passing of the torch? How much longer is Tom Brady going to be Mr. GET OFF MY LAWN

You're acting like this is scripted. Nobody can beat the Patriots because the Patriots are a good team.

There is no hypothetical "passing of the torch". If you want it, you're going to have to take it, and the Pats aren't going to give it up without a fight.

This comes off so much worse given the team you root for haha.

Yeah the Steelers may not have the same level of success the Patriots have had, but going back to 2002 (when the divisions re-aligned), they've:

  • Won the division 8 times
  • Been to the playoffs 11 times
  • 3 superbowl appearances
  • 2 superbowl wins

You'll excuse me if this Bengals fan doesn't feel bad for you

But i know what you mean haha.  They do have it real easy.  Will be nice when super Tom retires and they win 3 games in a season.  Real sweet.

No one is forcing you to watch it. You could just go back to the creche, it sounds like you'l be happier there.
