Which teams would be better with Teddy Bridgewater at the helm?

When the Saints traded for Teddy Bridgewater, some analysts suggested he could be traded again if a team that didn't need a QB before the season finds themselves needing one before the deadline.

I personally think the Saints are very happy with him as a backup and getting first shot at extending him if they like what they see. So just a hypothetical here:

Which teams would be better with Teddy Bridgewater at the helm?

I think he could have success in New York with Odell, Engram and Saquan.

I don't know how he fits in Jacksonville.

Anywhere else where he'd be an upgrade? Not necessarily over a young QB who still needs time to develop, I mean teams that are looking for a long term starter.

Extra Credit: Out of the teams that you think Teddy could improve

Maybe if Teddy had more time with a team, he'd be an upgrade.

However, acquiring him midseason to learn a new offense knowing he hasn't taken meaningful snaps in over two years, hard to see how that would help a team now. It's not like he was great his first two years anyway.
