Thelonebillsfan
Anything less than a HIGH second (33-38) I hang up the phone. Tyrod is an above average NFL starting QB (IMO he and Kirk Cousins are on the same level) on an extremely team friendly deal and we have 0 incentive to trade him for anything less than at least a high second, hopefully low-ish first round pick. BigMountainGoat
I'd take a first, no less. If he went somewhere like the Jags, that would turn them into a 9-7 team so a first would be in the 15-20 range. No point getting a 2nd, it would be in the 45-55 range thats hardly a big haul

I'm sorry but Kirk Cousins is significantly better than Tyrod in every way but running.
Trentwannabe
If the Bills trade Tyrod then they owe a huge apology to Kyle Williams who clearly only came back believing a playoff run was possible. I don't think Tyrod is going anywhere. Trading away Sammy made sense and really not that hard to understand from a team perspective IMO. Trading away your team friendly contract QB who has played good enough and isn't a cancer in the locker room would be a deadly mistake for McBeane. Cousins is far better and more valuable than Taylor, but still I'm not dealing Tyrod for anything less than a 2nd

As others have said, this really is not a good comparison at all. We would be in a significantly better spot position-wise (not necessarily $$$-wise though) with Cousins on-board. I think a better comparison would be Kaep. Both run well, both are inconsistent regarding their accuracy, both can get some good distance on their throws, and lastly they both tend not to turn over the ball excessively...though Taylor has an advantage here.
