I havent paid much attention to college football this year and were wondering who are some of the prospec ts you guys would like to see us take. what round, position, and all that. Think one will be there in the 2nd, maybe 3rd if they keep playing well. Funny thing. I flipped to the Iowa game yesterday to see if the QB was worth grabbing in the later rounds. First play I saw, he threw a ball to a LB covering the middle standing still all by himself. Not a receiver within 10 yards of him. Said, "Well thats enough of that" and changed games after 1 play. ILB- Devin White (LSU) 1st round= just all around beast at inside linebacker. WR- Marquise "Hollywood" Brown (OU) 2nd round= speedy True deep threat WR with good ball skills. CB- Michael Jackson (UM) 2nd or 3rd round= tall and lanky corner who can play the ball. WR- David Sills V (WVU) 3rd or 4th round= big receiver with a QB background, good route runner and hands. But we might have to many wins for that already lol. Florida didnt throw his direction once all game. And Ole Miss has 3 WR NFL prospect, Greedy handled them all with ease. Surprised me he contained AJ so well. Id be happy with DeAndre Baker or Amani though. Baker has good upside and think NFL level full time coaching could tap his max potential in no time. He was driven backwards constantly. Surprised me, he looked like an ordinary College Level OLman. Being a weak tackle class, he will go early. But it shouldnt be to us. Kid is a winner, since high school, got his HS 4 years in the Virginia Championship, won 3 times. Plus he is very mature since I believe this is his 5th year. He struggles at 10 and beyond when facing better competition. I hear ya, but at this point we just don’t know where we’ll be drafting or if Greedy is going to go top 10 or not. Just way too early to know for sure. So, I’d keep him on a scouting list just in case if I was the skins. I mean they should be looking at every prospect and every positon for a BPA when they select anyways.
