Derrick Brooks speaks.

This theory makes sense and offers an explanation why Winston is forcing more throws and appears desperate to make a play.

The problem we have is, if Winston gets back into the line up, will he still have that desperation to make plays and continue to force throws? Does he continue to make the same mistakes?

I only think he gets back in this season if Fitz gets benched for performance again and if he shows in practice that he’s calmed down. His career is in the balance right now. The only way he still has one in Tampa is if he consistently makes the sensible play on game day.

Either bring Fitz back on a two year deal or take a look at Flacco. Flacco is known for his deep ball. Love the juice Fitz brings but maybe giving Flacco weapons he could only dream of in Evans, Jackson (maybe), Godwin, Howard could work short term.

Flacco isn't really that good. He had one all time great run to the Super Bowl and that's about it. He might work ok in the offense we have now but everything will most certainly change with new coaches.

The Ravens were excited to get Crabtree. He is the best WR they have had who is younger than 35 years old since Mason in 2008. Crabtree would be the number four wr right now in Tampa and maybe the fifth option behind Howard next year.

What Fitz has shown everyone is that with the weapons on the current roster Rodgers or Brady type talent is not needed for the QB to go completely HAM.
