He is potentially picking yet another high(er) profile assistant coach from a successful team with no coaching experience. That’s eerily similar to what he did when he hired Marvin Lewis. Good guy to have when you're a rookie HC too. Caldwell gets a lot of grief for being about a charismatic as rice cake, but he's been a solid HC. Good football guy in general.
