Greg Williams history as a head coach

He went 17-31 in his time at Buffalo. His best year was 8-8, but this was in an incredibly tough division, His Bills were good for 4th in the AFC East.
Drew Bledsoe had one of his better years under Williams that year, they were 6th in total offense.
In another division, the AFC north, they probably would of been a playoff team.
they also didn't have a talented defense either. Not many sacks or INTs.
the offense they ran, threw over 600 times, Travis Henry took more than 90% of the carries and ran well.

The next year they went 6-10, there points differential was only -39, which isn't too bad with a losing record, they were in games. the offense didn't play nearly as well, there top 4 draft pick was a massive tackle and he never worked out. They didn't have great recruitment at the time.

All in all it is probably an upgrade over Hue, which isn't saying much, but we got better by subtraction if Kitchens doesn't suck.

Gregg’s success 100% depends on kitchens ability to call plays. We know what his defense can do and he can’t be any worse at managing a game than hue. So if kitchens can get the offense going he will be a success. If not he’s only going to have 4 head coaching offers after this year instead of the usual 10-12.
