"This ceremony is to recognize those who have had a positive effect on this forum, like helping out the newer posters." - Steegles46 RULES All members—newbies, vets, mods—are eligible to vote and to receive votes. You send your votes to me or Kiltman, via PM. You may vote for one or more awards. It is not necessary to vote someone for every award. You may vote one person for each award. You may vote for the same person for multiple awards. You may not vote for yourself for any awards. However, in a tie breaker situation, preference is given to people who submitted ballots. In the case of a tie and the above tie breaker isn't decisive, there will be co-winners. A member may only win one award per Baldies. In the event the same person wins multiple awards, the "more valuable" award will be awarded. If you have further questions, just ask @Kiltman or myself (or Phire if he returns). Have fun! The Awards THE NFC LEAST AWARD — Given to a fan of a divisional foe, who makes you stop and think "Wow that's a really good point" or just someone you think brings the most to our abode as a whole from one of their fanbases. THE IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY AWARD - Who is that one dude. That one dude here that always makes you laugh. Whether our Eagles make you want to go drink to celebrate, or make you want to drink yourself into a coma (either way we're drinkin though). This guy can always uplifts everyone's mood and is the guy you gotta drink with.THE HOWIE ROSEMAN AWARD - Formerly known as the Ben Franklin Award, this goes to the most knowledgeable poster of us all. This poster is the biggest nerd around here, and has numbers to prove themselves right in any and all situations. Whether you agree with their "analytics" or not, they can back up their claims with Cold. Hard. Stats.THE GREEN GOBLIN AWARD - We decided to take a break from the Weapon X Award this year and are going in a new direction. From one great DB to another some dude that caught Jim Schwartz cheating on his wife. Who is the biggest homer for better or worse and will always find a way to rub SOMETHING in other fanbases faces even when sometimes it seems outright ridiculous. THE BIG BOWLS DOUG AWARD - This dude isn't afraid to speak his mind, even when no one, and I mean NO ONE, here would agree with him. He doesn't care what others think, he's trusting his gut, even if it means being mocked at times. If we go left, he'll go right. If we zig, he'll zag. He'll go against the grain and show why he would give Nick Foles a run for his money. (side note, we didn't really feel there is much sense in having a best new/most improved poster award, so we swapped it out but are keeping the namesake) THE FRANCHISE, AKA THE CARSON WENTZ AWARD - The guy who is THE pinnacle of what it means to be an Eagles fan. The one who we should all strive to be when it comes to how we conduct ourselves representing the Eagles fanbase here on Footballsfuture. You're picking one guy to be the guy to represent us collectively for the next 10 years? Who's it gonna be? And a special addition this year!We want you to write in people for awards you make up yourself and then we'll anonymously share what you come up with throughout the ceremony. Take this as an opportunity to either praise or roast your fellow members. All submissions must abide by forum rules.
