The Raiders are planning to release edge rusher Bruce Irvin. I think this would be a smart one year signing for us. With a good interior d-line taking double teams and Kerrigan on other edge, he can be successful here as a pass situation rusher to spell Preston Smith and good depth.

The Raiders have repeatedly stated they needed a pass rusher. If they're releasing Irvin, he's probably done.

They’re Dumping salary and rebuilding, obviously. That was obvious when they traded Mack, and then affirmed even louder when they traded Cooper. They traded a possible #1 WR in the future and now cut a starting caliber 4-3 SAM OLB/3-4 OLB.

Again, Gruden is dumping salary and rebuilding.

I’m surprised the Seahawks didn’t re-sign him to start opposite KJ Wight, they need OLB help bc their lbs have battled injuries but he may not have gone there anyway. He turned down more money to go to Atlanta because he wanted to go home.
