Boston has his rights as a RFS, but some team will offer him starter money (15 mill+) and Boston probably won't/shouldn't match. I know he is a capable insurance policy against Kyrie getting hurt or leaving, but I would rather have Boston get something good for him than lose him for nothing. Rozier is also languishing in a role where so many other teammates need the ball. Smart is better off as a backup PG than a perimeter player anyway.
