Plus Garrett still lacks awareness on his pass rush, too many times do these tackles just let him run up the field while the QB steps up in the pocket. OTs know he has no inside move. True, but it's built into our scheme that way I think. Our DE's essentially set our edge, which I don't like. I would stack our OLB's over them and play games as to who the edge player is vs. who the C gap player is. And yeah, our linebackers are tampons. He did just stonewall 2 Falcons in 2 consecutive plays. But yeah, he sucks. I loved Dimitri Flowers at Oklahoma, but he was basically used like a 5'10 TE there, not a FB.
