MSURacerDT55
Hate to see him get away from the B1G, smart move for KU and the Big 12.
Thelonebillsfan
Great get for Kansas, but it's still gonna be a long build process. There's no talent there.

It really is unfathomably bad as a program. No idea how he's going to sell it. Facilities, the city they're in, the stadium, the fanbase, university support, pretty much everything is bottom tier. If he turns the program around it's a miracle.

titansNvolsR#1
Figured he'd go to Colorado or wait for a B1G/SEC school to come knocking. Hope he does well. Wasn't there a year where they were good?

And getting a guy like Les Miles can turn those negatives into positives long-term. This is the right hire. Kansas had to invest in a known quantity. A hot-shot coordinator isn't going to get the boosters, who have long cared far more for the basketball program than the football program, to invest money into football. Les Miles is the guy who can make that happen. It's going to be a long process, but they hired the right guy for the job considering what they are going up against.
