I agree with WVU going for the onside. They aren’t stopping Oklahoma and they would of wasted all the time off the clock. Try to keep them to a FG and score a game winning TD. Even if I know I 0.1% get that onside I do it anyways. I’d rather Oklahoma have a short field.

Two things came out of this game:

1. West Virginia can now schedule either Southern Miss or North Carolina next Saturday since they're not in the Big 12 title game

2. This will be the first Oklahoma-Texas game outside the Cotton Bowl since 1931

The Old Oaken Bucket game should be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. It's a larger venue than Indiana or Purdue's own stadiums, and it's NFL-quality. Plus it can easily have half-Indiana fans and half-Purdue fans at the game (ala Oklahoma-Texas).
