BOB is a horrible coach, but a very good leader. With the talent on this team, that could be what's needed. It would be similar to Mike Tomlin with Pittsburgh - nobody ever thinks of Tomlin as some great football mind, but he gets the 53 on the same page and wins games. I will give him credit though, some of the designed runs he dials up are a thing of beauty. Lamar Miller has rejuvenated his career off of those cutback lanes.
