Lol at people giving kc props. Why do they deserve props. Them in the nfl did a limited investigation. A limited investigation should had prompted asking for the hotel surveillance. They dont deserve props. TMZ is the only one that may deserve props.

The hotel does not have to give them the footage without a subpoena and likely did not. A single employee likely stole and sold the footage to TMZ.

The hotel is protecting itself from liability. That is why they did not release the video.

Yeah, people lie. Can't take action without evidence. They got the facts and acted accordingly. Not sure why you'd expect something else

So you telling me they couldn't get the info until TMZ got it for them. Let's just throw that whole upgraded domestic violence team Goodell rolled out in the trash than.

People are missing this. They all knew. He's really not being released for the incident, he's being released because they just found out he lied to them. That's the statement they gave

That doesn’t make this better. It actually makes it worse.

They couldn't procure this footage around the time this came out? The billion dollar organization couldn't be proactive in trying to figure out if they had a bad apple, since it's so important to them to run a clean org? The footage LEAKED. It's not like they released Hunt and then showed us "Hey, you may be surprised why we made this move, but we came across a disturbing video".... Instead said disturbing video gets released, and they react to it. They were already aware of the event or the possibility of the event, how the hell is it they find themselves in the position of praying no video evidence comes to light (that is, if they actually care, which news flash: they don't).

He wouldn't get suspended again if he told the truth.

The leagues biggest concern is looking incompetent. If Hunt tells the truth and then the league hands out their punishment, the video doesn't really matter in the long run.

It would. They would easily “we didn’t know the extent of the incident” no matter how much detailed information he gave them.

Videos will always cause public outcry and the NFL will act on that outcry.

Lol stop it. Money and billionaires make the rules. It wouldnt be hard for ex FBI agents to get that video. Honestly they probably didnt even talk to police or girl. No way TMZ can get it and billionaires of the nfl cant.

Not at all. It's SOP. You let the process play out. The niners did the same for Foster with the first DV case. They could have been under the impression that it wasn't that serious if that's what hunt told them. They were aware of the situation. That's all we know right now. To what extent is pure guessing and assumption.

Amen. Set the league back another 5 years. Pathetic. I'm not even saying this as some SJW on his moral high horse, but I see the league make a bunch of claims of change, and now see nothing has changed whatsoever, and as a fan of the NFL that infuriates me.

As far as the moral stuff goes, I'll leave that to the police.

The hotel is also a multi-million company. Just releasing the video opens them up to a civil suit by the victim. They would not do that without a court order.

No, they wouldn't since that would make them look incompetent.
