beekay414 Posted August 15, 2019 Share Posted August 15, 2019 Was able to upgrade SS and OF without trading Cole so that's always a win-win. Morton and Santana are both having really good years but this was also a move to get a little younger while still competing now. I swapped Bieber & Strasburg for Verlander & Morton on the pitching side. While, I feel like I added more flexibility and consistently on offense. Time will tell if it was for the best.
