Those are the priorities. I want a skill position group of 8 good players not all around 1 star player. That is what a lot of good teams do. 1 we are 1 more good reciever away from a great group. Higggins could be an ideal #3 and Calloway could become a #4/specialist he greatly opens up the passing attack which opens up the rushing attack. Chubb has seen a buttload of 7-8man boxes. If someone wants to load up the box like that, Baker will punish the defense. A dangerous WR like OBJ could be the key that unlock the offense to the fullest. Now just image Njoku will limited coverage help because safeties have to account for OBJ. OBJ played with Eli who wasn’t known for his accuracy. Especially like obj Donald and Adkins are great, no doubt, but I’m guessing there’s a player or two other than them who can provide a pass rush at the DT spot. I’m just saying you can’t say our priority has to be helping the QB or rushing the QB and then act like a DT is crazy. What does a top shelf DT do for guys like Myles and Ogunjobi? Rather I'd sooner get defensive linemen to get after the qb and build a great squad of wrs. If we have an offense that can get 30 point per game or threaten it, we will need more pass rushers.
