Unfortunately, a rugby club of the same name has been formed.

I could live with "Sea Dogs" but there wasn't much "Navy-ish" or "pirate-y" happening around these waters. Unless you're counting Annapolis, which is more Baltimore's territory.

This is a strong choice. Maybe show a video of a puppy tripping all over itself on the jumbotron? It would remind everyone of the play on the field.

Also, how a defense rolls over and plays dead on 3rd down.

I think that's the day any ability I had to be a "True Fan" died

The "what if" that should haunt Mike Shanahan: What if he didn't put Griffin back in the game? They were leading at that point, and Kirk Cousins had looked decent in spot play as a rookie. Could they have won the game with a healthy QB? Griffin is protected from himself, and PUP'ed going into 2013. Cousins has a sophomore slump but they do okay between him and McCoy. Griffin comes back, gets healthy, and continues to lead the team.

Maybe it still all goes sideways due to the egos involved, but maybe not. Cousins likely is traded in his third season (netting the Redskins some decent compensation), but they build around Griffin sensibly.

Of course, this forum is a warzone between Griffin and Cousins supporters ... but that's nothing new.

Griffin was never going to become a good NFL QB
