I believe what is going on is that both sides want to see his value on the open market. Let s be honest illegal tampering goes on at Indy. I remember Okafor coming off an achilles made the rounds and ultimately resigned with NOLA. I don t think Kwon is definitely gone, but I doubt he signs before FA.
