It's been reported that the Phillies will still go after Harper, and that this signing was between Cutch and Michael Brantley at similar numbers. Interesting. I think Cutch still has some solid years left ahead of him. He hit the ball well last year, even if the numbers didn't always play out. mm6492 Posted December 12, 2018 Share Posted December 12, 2018 We basically traded Carlos Santana at 1B for Carlos Santana in the outfield (high OBP players with limited power at this point). Which makes some sense at we get Hoskins back to first base. Guessing this means we move an OF now, will wait to grade this move based on the fallout of it.
