So I set out to fix the OTs and the LB spots in this draft.  In the fiorst, I chose to take the best OT in the draft in Williams.  He is heads above the rest of the field, and probably dropped because nothing but DL and Haskins went in front of him.  In the second, i grabbed the second best MLB in the SEC in Mack Wilson.  he has better instincts than White, but not quite the atjletic pedigree.  But then again, who does?  In the third, I went for washington RT Kaleb McGary.  maybe Glenn plays a year at RT, maybe not.  We now have our bookends.  In the fourth, I grabbed Denzel Mims, a tall, think, speedy WR.  Yeah, I know we need a TE possibly more, but I think we resign at least two of our own guys in Uzomah and Eifert, if healthy.  if not, keep Kroft.  heck, keep them all.....in bubblewrap.  In the fifth, I grabbed on of the top cover LBs in this draft in Tavon Coney.  I fully acknowledge that I cheated and saw where he was rankied and waited this long.  Huge steal this late, but it's early in FS rankings, so give it time to correct itself.  In th sixth, I grabbed a TE, an edge guy from Georgia, another hiuige DT from Auburn (has to be better than Sims, right) and both starting guards from Oklahoma to develop.  The safety was a throw away pick at that point.

I deliberately passed on the QB in the draft.  Love me or hate me for it, the 2020 class is where its\'s at for QBs.

Thoughts on any of this?

I expect a cornerback somewhere.  Maybe two.

I'm pretty meh on this.  I'm also no offering any solutions.  I do like your round one pick.

I know CB should be on there, but I'm hoping we keep Dennard.  Plus we have Harris, Phillips, and to a lesser extent, Russell.

I didn't mention this before, but I passed on Ed Oliver.  Mostly because I think he will be gone.  Tried to pick realistically available guys each round.

Oliver would be hard to pass on. Him in the rotation would make the linebackers behind him look better. Still,  I believe he will be gone as well.  And even though I think they will want to bring all 6of those corners back,  they'll still add one just for competition or injury.

This is why we need to keep tanking. I want Oliver.

@johndeere1707

Greg Little is a mid-round prospect and a project.  He's not a terrible pick in the 2nd with our OL issues, but there's much better options IMO.  This draft is loaded, I just did a mock as well since all the cool kids are doing one.  Starting OT, OG (Sumia won't be avaiable that late and might be better than any OL we currently have), TE, and two LBs that might be better than anyone we currently have...

I'd be on board with this.  Little develops behind Glenn.  Galliard is one of my favorite centers in this class.

I'd take that in a heartbeat.  Love Galliard as a prospect too
