Let’s find a middle ground between current and college. NFL is trying to be like 85% of college football offensive anyways, just too much money involved regarding offense. It’s fun.

The 25 yard line is ridiculous. Move it back to the 50. Must go for 2. This will help eliminate stat inflating as Double OT won’t happen neary as much as college.

but if you are going to change it, put both offenses/defenses on the field at the same time on their opponents 40 yard line.

no game clock.

team that scores a td first wins. if one team gets a fg, the other team needs to get a td to win

if both teams fail to score, set em both up at the opp 40 again

Decent idea but we should put all 53 players on the roster on the field at once instead of 22 starters. They start on each goaline, ball on the 50, no out of bounds or penalties, get the ball to the other end zone to win.

Also teams are required to play the Benny Hill music.

love it!

and if they get tackled, the other team gets to pick up the ball, so it needs to be a series of hook and ladders or pitches to get into the end zone

and then, at the end of the game, the whole OT will be replayed at double speed with that benny hill music.

I'd also suggest that we have the punter for each team start at the 50 and the other 52 guys start at the goal line. No penalties and stadiums are legally considered international waters. Last punter to give up wins.

I don't think there's any way to change it that will appease everyone. I'd either keep it the way it is or maybe give both teams a chance to have the ball, even if the team who receives the kickoff scores a TD on their opening possession.
