Otherwise it's some whack design made by a DYI hobbist.

Darbsk
Can’t help but feel like Lamar Houston never really lived up to the player he should have been. I was really pleased when we picked him in the draft but always felt like he’d have been a better fit as an UT in our system rather than a solid run defender at DE. I really liked that draft at the time 😢

Humble_Beast
I would be open to bringing AB back for a chance at redemption on some conditions - one year deal with no guaranteed money on a reduce salary - still draft a WR in the 1st as plan B. Meanwhile groom the rookie WR to eventually be the WR1 - have him admit he has a mental health issue, and make sure there is a plan to keep him under control - make sure Mayock is on board with the move Edited February 15, 2020 by Humble_Beast

AB has shown who he is. Redemption my ***, he's had enough chances already. AB is playing anyone who thinks he can change.
Humble_Beast
Mental health is a real issue in America, and most people ignore it. All last summer AB didn’t address his issue, so easy to see why it got ugly. If they was an action plan to address his issue, he could have a nice comeback

I think the Raiders should make it public that they have no interest after being messed around and set their stall out as a professional organisation that demands professional conduct.
drfrey13
Mental health is a real issue and for those that are willing to work through it and there can be a plan of action to help they should get a second chance. Completely agree except for the AB part. 1) AB has shown he is not ready to try and turn things around yet. His nice talk is to get back on the field. Not to get healthy. 2) He has received numerous chances and his behavior appears to be getting worse. 3) He exhibits multiple types of mental issues including CTE. There is no plan of action for CTE and banging your head against a wall is probably not where the doctors would start. I would like to see AB seek mental help before trying to seek a job in the NFL. This shows me he does not believe he has a real problem. If he did his #1 priority would be to get healthy for his family.
