agarcia34
lulz 5b. The Raiders still think of Lamarcus Joyner as a nickel cornerback rather than a safety, despite last season’s struggles.
agarcia34
Also Joseph, Burfict and Worley are not expected back.

Also they where starting guys off the street at FS instead of him last season. Honestly between him and Whitehead I’m not sold on these coaches evaluations of their defensive players.

It’s not like they have a ton of options right now, I’ll wait until TC/preseason to see how things shake out...

You don't create holes on a porous defense when you are 55 Million under the Cap. Whitehead and Joyner are not game changers but they are both NFL Starters. I swear some people on this board play too much Madden.

I’m by no means an expert, if i was i wouldn’t be working part time for a news station, i am simply making an observation about their evaluations on their players. Hopefully I’m wrong and they play lights out next season.

And if we were strapped for cash that stopped us from signing players to improve our roster than I would be more apt to cut someone like Joyner or Whitehead. And if we need whiteheads 5.1M and it will allow us to sign Littleton and Schobert I would. But no team is going to create holes on a side of the ball that they are seriously lacking talent in.
