Technically reached his man, Bulaga just usually will be stepping in stride so there isn't normally that gap there. Bulaga chased the linebacker though and opened up the gap. Play #3: the play is meant to run in between Graham and Bakhtiari. Graham was meh, Bakhtiari got beat. Play #4: Bad, but also you're not expecting your TE to regularly reach a defensive end. The entire purpose of the zone scheme is that you can take it outside if nobody wins their reach. Williams didn't. Also pretty sure this play was a first down. Play #5: Successfully reached the defensive end opening up a hole. Bakhtiari got beat allowing the defender to get into the backfield before Williams could get through it. Play #6: Not shown is the 5 seconds of Graham being uncovered and how badly underthrown this ball was letting the defender get back into it. Play#7: Was thrown to when not open. Ball was late. Play #8: Drop Play#9: Awful throw Play#10: Awful throw Play#11: Linebacker tipped the ball before Graham touched it. Play#12: Drop Play#13: bad block but it's an attempted combo, trying to show the guy up so Bakhtiari can get on him. Left early. Play#14: Exactly how it's supposed to be done when the Edge Defender is only a threat if he immediately crashes down. Play#15: Great block. No idea what Jones is doing there taking that false step inside on a sweep. Play#16: Awful throw, can't put balls behind guys running inside breaking routes against man coverage. That's how defenders tip them as happened here.

Not sure what your total definition of a "bounce back" is..? But it's totally plausible to think he comes back and has a better year next year, I won't necessarily hold my breath on it, though. Could Jordy Nelson have 1200 yards and 12 TDs next year? Yeah, it's possible though not very likely given that production usually doesn't go up as that number in the 30 grows. Having a new OC coming in, getting the TE involved more(particularly in the redzone), another year working with A-Rod and improving on an overall abysmal season isn't THAT far fetched. vegas492
On the Jordy train of thought... Last 5 games in Oakland. 10 catches, 97 yards. 6 catches, 48 yards. 6 catches, 88 yards. 7 catches, 75 yards. 9 catches, 78 yards. 38 catches, 386 yards. Nice way for him to end the season. Pretty clear that Green Bay kept the wrong WR. He obviously had a couple quality seasons left in his tank. Think we'd have had a playoff caliber offense this year had we had Jordy in the slot instead of Cobb who really had only 1 or 2 quality games this last year (whether that's from being injured or done). Extrapolate that out and it is a 1,235 yard season. Almost like he needed time to adjust to a new offense/QB in Oakland. And in fairness, it is truly "bad math" to extrapolate that out from a sample size of 5 games. So...just pointing out that he finished strong. Happy for him! He had almost 12 yards a catch (11.7) which wasn't that far removed from his 2013 production (13 ypc) when he was our most productive WR by a large margin. Also had the highest catch % of his career.
