RaidersAreOne
Not all that surprising. I wonder if they go after another Defensive minded guy or opt for O.
PFM18
No surprise there at all. Just the first of a few that will be reported throughout Sunday. I imagine they'll want an Offensive minded guy to work with Darnold.
AFlaccoSeagulls
Bowles should just be a DC and call it good, tbh.
49erurtaza
They should fire everyone, and not hire a GM from the Seahawks.
GOGRIESE
I would guess he's at the top of the list if Fangio leaves

TecmoSuperJoe
Looking at their franchise coaching history, they haven't had an offensive minded coach like ever it seems. It's an offensive league now. Time to try a new flavor of coach. At least the young QB won't be at the mercy of coordinator change.
Heinz D.
I get the move, but...the team still responded well to him. And he wasn't in over his head, or anything. So, kinda weird, really...

So, kinda weird, really... Coaches playing for him and him being an absolute professional (especially dealing with the NY media in losing seasons) are his pros. Unfortunately he goes into gameplans with a single way to win and will make zero adjustments regardless of how the game is going. That and the fact that he turtles up every single time his teams gain the smallest lead is why there's such a lack of success. The talent he's been given plays a big part in that as well. I get the move because they just haven't won that much but he's probably one of the top 20 HCs in the game.
