Hey guys doing a FF Mock Draft where every subforum picks. Here we are so far:

1) Kyler Murray

2) Nick Bosa

3) Josh Allen

4) Quinnen Williams

5) Devin White

6) Dwayne Haskins

7) Jawaan Taylor

8) Ed Oliver

I’ll make @BillsGuy82 your designated pick maker. Or if two other individuals say the same name. Whichever comes first. Thanks.

TJ Hockenson in this scenario. A trade back would be ideal

Edited - First thought Hockenson but Metcalf works.. Rashan Gary, Montez Sweat and  Christian Wilkins all work too. Tough spot missing on Oliver

I'm starting to warm up to Oliver based off our free agents. I wasnt very interested cause we just had so many holes. I thought it'd be impossible to fill them all. I was wrong lol.  We had holes at C, G (x2), OT, TE, WR(x2), DT, Backup RB. We literally addressed every hole which is crazy. We can still improve at positions but I don't see any glaring holes that I once did. We have a serviceable starter at every position. Beane obviously wanted to put us in this position so we can build through the draft and go BPA

Am I crazy for thinking that Greedy Williams could be a solid pick? I look at this team now and think the #2 CB could possibly be our biggest hole.

At this time i think it would be crazy, i did want him for the longest time. Yes he may be a solid player but the bills may have found their answer to the #2 spot with Levi Wallace and Kevin Johnson battling it out. I do expect them to draft a CB at some time though in the draft.

I think Levi Wallace is a freaking stud.  I think our biggest need is a true #1 WR, TE, and a stud pass rusher.

This is similar to the Devin White debate. If McBeane think he's the BPA then they will likely take him. I wouldn't be thrilled about the pick, but if he's the clear cut BPA on their board then they have to take him.

I agree to an extent but the difference between Greedy and white is white is projected top 5 player where greedy is 10-15 right now. Of course this is only projections and based on media and not actually the bills big board which can be completely different. I think with the 30 player visits will dictate any interest they have in White Greedy or other prospects that people are high on such is Hockenson Metcalf or Jonah. Based on the past they usually go with someone off of this list but its not always the case. Either way defense at 9 seems like a solid move considering it is predominantly defense heavy early on in the draft and landing a stud who can add value to the teams defense is always good to have.

Picking Greedy seems like a luxury selection given our needs at other positions and what we have at #2 CB already.

Levi Wallace showed promise and Kevin Johnson came here hungry to remove the bust label. I'd like to more forward with them opposite of Tre.

You take Greedy and you're either making Levi/KJ backups (neither of those guys are replacing Tre White at CB1 or Taron Johnson at NCB) or your first round pick a backup. Depth is great but we have too many needs.

I don't think he's worth the selection at 9 either.

Devin White on the other hand does make sense if he's there, even though LB isn't a glaring need going into this season. White could rotate with Milano and Zo to keep him fresh and then step in as a full-time starter next year at SLB giving us the best LBer trio in the league on paper. Zo is a great special team player and pass rush specialist, so grabbing White to split reps with him wouldn't be a bad move.

All that said, my clear preference is to take Ed Oliver. White would be in my top 5, whereas Greedy is not.

Exactly i think the two scenarios are a bit different as Levi is an up and coming player who is on the team for at least 2 more years which includes this one because of ERFA rules (first 3 years of a rookie deal), where Alexander is going to be 37 years old and needs a younger replacement not to mention the depth is nonexistent. Im all for Oliver at 9 but im not seeing him fall. As much as we want to think that he is easily the 4th best player in the draft who can be argued as the 1/2 DT in the draft. Teams like Detroit, Jax, Oakland, Bucs (long term answer to move on from Mccoy), all can go for him he is able to play both positions as 4-3 DT and both positions on 3-4 DE. His versatility will put him in talks as a top 5 pick.

I think Wallace has shown promise, but I wouldn't automatically assume he's a lock to be a quality #2 CB next year. Typically guys are UDFA for a reason. The WR's he covered last year were pretty awful. Once teams start getting film and scout him we'll see how he progresses. I have little confidence Kevin Johnson stays healthy. Like I said before I am not huge on Greedy at #9, but if he's their top guy then they should take him, just like White. The draft projections by these so called experts are a joke. Tre was rated as a 2nd round player. If both White and Greedy are on the board and they take Greedy, I have confidence in this staff that they're making the right pick. White would likely be a rotational player at first whereas Greedy would start day 1. And with this defense playing in the nickel most of the time I think Greedy makes more sense if they have him rated over White. Either way I am with you that I want Oliver at #9, but if they take White or Greedy I wont be upset. Ideally if Oliver is gone I would want them to trade back a few picks and pick up another 2nd or 3rd round pick.

Devin White just dropped on my board for us to be honest. That interview he just gave was horrible. Talking about himself in third person and then talking about how in 5 years he’s going to be looking for $100m contract in FA. How about you just worry about getting drafted for now big guy...

I haven;t seen the interview in question, but I will say I have no problem with most of comments. Its the idea that he is thinking about money first and foremost that would worry me.
