topwop1
Who wins: Matt Nagy (Bears went from 5-11 to 12-4) Anthony Lynn (Chargers went from 9-7 to 12-4) Frank Reich (Colts went from 4-12 to 10-6) Bill O'Brien (Texans went from 4-12 to 11-5) Go! BleedTheClock
Frank Reich has to win it, right? The Colts roster is an abortion and they just won 10 games and are in the playoffs. That's a miracle to me.
FrantikRam
Obviously the Eagles had other issues. But Reich going to a 4-12 team and then leading them to a better record than the defending champion Eagles, who he left, speaks volumes. Having said that, I'd still give it to Nagy. topwop1
To me it's a toss up between Nagy and Reich. Either guy is deserving of this award.
jrry32
Since the award generally goes to the coach who made the greatest turnaround, it'll have to be Reich or Nagy.

Malfatron
probably Nagy. biggest turnaround, division crown, and the Bears werent expected to be good
Jags
Matt Nagy. The team had the biggest turnaround and the bears look like they can beat anybody in the NFL.

Granted, I didn't think they'd win the division, but I thought they'd be a team competing for a WC spot. The Colts, on the other hand, I thought would be pretty damn bad. So it's Reich for me. Although Nagy is a close second.
AFlaccoSeagulls
Pete Carroll would get my vote, followed by Nagy and then Reich.
MikeT14
There's probably the best argument for either Nagy or Reich and I don't think either answer would be wrong. They both did incredible jobs.

ET80
Just now, Forge said: Four more years of him as coach isn't that long, don't worry To be real for a second - O'Brien is a very bad coach in terms of in game strategy, clock management, personnel decisions, etc. Those things are pretty well documented. This being said - O'Brien kept that locker room intact in the midst of an 0-3 start. There were plenty of opportunities for this Texans team to turn on O'Brien (and plenty of ammo showing how much his incompetence contributed to that start). But those guys rallied around O'Brien and kept it together. He's a bad coach, but he seems like a good leader.
LETSGOBROWNIES
Hue. His ability to tank two teams seasons in one year has never been seen before to my knowledge.
