No way Arians even mentions the Cleveland job if he wasn t healthy enough to come back. Doubt his health changed in 3 months. It makes sense to see if Kitchens gets free from Cleveland. As soon as Arians is named HC, first question is who are the coordinators and the succesor. The Caldwell chatter is agent speak. YoungBucs15 Posted January 8, 2019 Share Posted January 8, 2019 Maybe the logic would be is to bring in Caldwell as OC and eventual successor? Has ties to Dungy and probably gets that push but honestly think it's Caldwells agent just like Kirby's agent was putting out things to help push their client. Really curious to see how the staff gets put together, because in theory our next HC should be on staff as well, if we're letting Arians groom his eventual replacement.
